The worlds of One Tree Hill and Scream Queens are about to collide! EW has learned exclusively that OTH star Chad Michael Murray will appear on the Fox series as Brad Radwell, the older brother of Queens’ resident fratty d-bag Chad Radwell (Glen Powell).

It was announced last week that Patrick Schwarzenegger will be guest-starring as the youngest Radwell, Thad. So to recap, the Radwell sons are Brad, Chad and Thad. That sounds about right. Even more appropriate? Murray’s Brad Radwell is an agent at Endeavor.

Scream Queens premieres Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.

The History miniseries “Texas Rising” set to bow on Memorial Day, has been expanded to 10 hours and will air over the course of five weeks, the network announced on Tuesday.

The series, which details the Texas Revolution and the rise of the legendary Texas Rangers, will air two-hour installments on both Memorial Day (May 25) and the next night (Tuesday, May 26). Its final six hours will then be played out over the next three Mondays (June 1, 8 and 15).

It had originally been planned as a six-hour series.

Roland Joffe is directing “Texas Rising,” whose all-star cast includes Bill Paxton, Brendan Fraser, Ray Liotta and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. It is produced by A+E Studios, ITV Studios America and Thinkfactory Media. Leslie Greif serves as executive producer. Dirk Hoogstra and Julian P. Hobbs serve as executives in charge of production.

History is hoping ratings magic can strike twice with Paxton and another event series set in the South. Paxton played the leader of the McCoy family in the network’s blockbuster 2012 miniseries “Hatfields & McCoys.”

Who says Marvel has a problem when it comes to female superheroes? Time to eat. Your. Words!

Marvel’s Agent Carter is both the female superhero we deserve and need…because she’s super normal! She doesn’t have superpowers, but she can still kick butt any day of the week that ends in “y.” And here’s the best part: she’s sticking around for another year!

E! News has learned that ABC just renewed Marvel’s Agent Carter for season two. Yasss! Take that, Hydra!

The Captain America spinoff TV series picked up where the first movie ended, with SSR Agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) returning to work in the NYC field office after her adventures abroad. All throughout the first season, viewers saw Peggy in her quieter moments, grieving Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), humanizing her in a way that the movie couldn’t.

But that didn’t mean she didn’t kick some major Hydra butt, too! Season one of Marvel’s period comic book series also saw the origins of the Black Widow program, which is where Avenger Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) got her training before joining S.H.I.E.L.D.

Marvel’s Agent Carter also starred James D’Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, Chad Michael Murray as SSR Agent Jack Thompson and Enver Gjokaj as SSR Agent Daniel Sousa.

And here’s some great synergy: the network also renewed Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for season three! It’s a great day to be a Marvel fan.

Chad Michael Murray is pulling a Matthew McConaughey and seriously delving deep into his latest character.

The “One Tree Hill” star revealed that he lost 25 pounds in order to play a homeless heroin addict in the upcoming movie “Other People’s Children”, telling reporters at a roundtable interview on Wednesday (Feb. 5), “I was really in a dark place for about a month. It was taking your work home with you. It’s heavy.”

But Murray, who is currently promoting his new flick “Cavemen,” didn’t rely on a crash diet to drop the weight. He maintains that he simply consumed anything that was “from God’s green earth.”

“Pretty much oatmeal, egg whites, salads, chicken, tuna — that’s pretty much it,” he said of what he ate in order to lose excess pounds. “You find ways to dress it up and make it wonderful. After a week, you can’t tell the difference. You actually look forward to egg whites — can’t wait.”

Murray also exercised constantly, doing an hour and a half of circuit training and weights everyday, plus a five-mile jog at night.

“If you eat really clean, your calorie intake is only 1,400, 1,500, 1,600 calories. But I was burning 3,000 a day with just the training alone. I did that for three and a half weeks and just dropped right off,” he said. “I just like testing myself. I like having a test and saying, ‘Will power, can you beat this.’ It’s not forever. I just have to eat that way for three and a half weeks. Film is forever.”

Still, now that those three and a half weeks of extreme dieting and exercise are over, Murray is struggling to put the weight back on.

“I haven’t been able to train much for the past seven months because I’ve been working back to back,” he explained.
